Why can being in your head feel the most difficult place to be?
It can be so hard because mastering it is the biggest prize any person could ever gain. Do you fall victim to the anxiety provoking ‘what if’ spoken in your own mind? Well what if something could actually be done about them? Learn how to enjoy your own headspace so you are free to achieve and relax.

‘Over Overthought is a project born out of my desire to place my skill-set where it is most needed.’
I specialise in helping people with limiting but also limitless overthought which holds them back . Let’s talk about what anxiety really is. Depression and low mood too. Let us draw a line between them and understand what each of these blocking factors means to an individual. Through my years of practice I see no correlation with severity of symptoms being harder to move away from. It is only a persons level of desire to feel better which unlocks progress; this coupled with being in receipt of the right information (my bit) is what is needed.
‘If you want to make changes to your thought patterns and well-being it is likely under 6 sessions will be enough’
Specialising in both first timers or when others have failed bringing a fresh approach.
How we work
I deliver a combination of approaches from Eastern Philosophy such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT ) to Neuro Linguistic (NLP) Practices to offer a unique approach to working that I can tailor to each person .
The only way we can be happy with ourselves is living in accordance with our deepest values. Now have you ever asked yourself what these are, let alone are they happening?
NLP is often seen about unlocking a person’s potential and we can do that but any achievement needs to be enjoyed. Downtime should not be time spent feeling down through regular occurring low mood or stuck in repetitive thought cycles. You need to enjoy your headspace to get the most out of yourself. Learn to pick up and put down your ‘thinky mind’ to get the most out of work, rest and play - as they say!
